Leicestershire recovered from an early collapse to close on 268-9 on a rain-affected second day at Grace Road.

With play being delayed by an hour, the home side then lost five wickets for 30 runs in just 10 overs to find themselves deep in trouble on 87-6.

Wayne White (68) and Claude Henderson (71 no) led the fightback, producing a 120-run eighth-wicket stand.

Glamorgan seamers Garnett Kruger and James Harris caused most of the damage, taking three wickets apiece.
