Nottinghamshire racked up the highest one-day score in their history as they eased to a 134-run FP Trophy win against Ireland at Trent Bridge. Youngster Alex Hales top scored with 106, sharing a second-wicket stand of 150 in just over an hour with Ali Brown, who smashed 89 in 57 balls. Will Jefferson (57no) and Adam Voges (48) also helped construct a massive total of 346-9 from their 50 overs. Ireland could only muster 212-8 in reply, Andrew White unbeaten on 50.
