Berkshire lost by three wickets to Cornwall to finish second in the Western Division and miss out on a place in the Championship final. Having declared overnight after setting Cornwall 263 to win, Berkshire could only take seven of the ten wickets. Cornwall captain Tom Sharp played a match-winning innings and finished on 111 not out. Dorset beat Wales by 120 runs to overtake Berkshire at the top of the table to go through to the final.
