Sloggers have been crowned Division Three champions in Jersey's Evening League after beating Centurion Braves by eight wickets on Thursday. The Braves batted first, scoring 106-8 in 12 overs, as Paul Connolly took 4-21 for Sloggers. A fluent 47 from Luke Kellett and 38 not out from Steve Hopper then saw Sloggers home in just 10 overs as they claimed the championship title. Optimus Colts finished in second, with Les Quennevais RFC in third. Optimus ended their season with a 12 run win over Durrell, while Les Quennevais also finished in winning fashion, beating InfrasoftTech Walkovers Rebels. In Thursday's other match, bottom-club State Street were defeated for the 11th time, as they lost by eight wickets to Jersey Post.
