Shahzaib's 64 came off 40 balls and included three sixes
Pakistan completed their preparations for next week's two Twenty20 internationals against Australia with a six-wicket thumping of Northants.
Despite valiant efforts from captain Alex Wakely (55) and Elton Chigumbura (58no), the home side were limited to 133 from their 20 overs.
Left-armer David Willey removed Kamran Akmal and Fawad Alam early on.
But strong knocks from Shahzaib Hasan (64) and Shahid Afridi (42) steered the tourists to victory with 27 balls left.
The victory follows Friday's 66-run win over Essex and a drawn three-day tour match against Kent on Wednesday.
Pakistan face Australia at Edgbaston on Monday and Tuesday, before the sides contest a two-Test series at Lord's (starting 13 July) and Headingley (beginning 21 July).
