Cornwall reveal squad for season's MCCA Trophy opener

Cornwall have named a 12-man squad for their opening MCCA Trophy game against Wiltshire on Sunday.

The side will be captained by Truro's Tom Sharp, while Nottinghamshire's opening bowler Charlie Shreck could be in line for a start.

Shreck is included because of Keith Parsons' absence, with regulations allowing only one capped county player.

Parsons will not play limited overs for Cornwall this term owing to commitments with the new ECB Unicorns team.

The former Somerset all-rounder will however be available for Cornwall's Minor County Championship fixtures.
