Friend's last international action with Zimbabwe was almost five years ago

Travis Friend smashed his second century in two days as Castletown beat Valkyres in the second round of the Tinker Cup on Tuesday.

The southerners opened the batting and ran up a huge total of 353 for the loss of just two wickets.

Friend crashed 117 runs from only 59 balls and Mark Williams also hit a ton and was still there at the end with 128 not out.

Town then dismissed Valkyres for 157 giving them a 196-run victory.
