Guernsey's preparations for the world cricket league continued with two friendly defeats against Sussex. In the first match the island side were bowled out for 179 in pursuit of Sussex's score of 211. Guernsey were then shot out for just 90 in the second friendly, with Sussex winning the match by two wickets. "It's vital we get in some games as we approach the world tournament in May," captain Stuart Le Prevost told BBC Radio Guernsey.
