The fifth edition of cricket's second biggest one-day tournament - the ICC Champions Trophy - starts in India on Saturday.
The competition was devised to raise money to help smaller cricketing nations with their development - and it has been a financial success in many respects.
But despite being labelled the "Mini World Cup" the biennial event has struggled to capture the imagination of fans and some have questioned its relevance.
