Sunderland boxer Tony Jeffries will return to the ring on the undercard of Lee Haskins' super-flyweight title bout against Don Broadhurst in December. The light-heavyweight will appear in Newport against a yet-to-be-confirmed opponent on 12 December. Jeffries pulled out of his fight on the Rendall Munroe undercard on 20 November with a perforated eardrum. The Olympic bronze medallist, 24, has four wins from four fights so far on his professional record.
