The Commonwealth heavyweight title re-match between Marty Rogan and Sam Sexton scheduled for 9 October has been put back until 6 November.

Rogan sustained a trapped nerve in his shoulder in training but he has insisted that the bout will go ahead at Belfast's Odyssey Arena in November.

Belfast fighter Rogan recently split with his long-time trainer John Breen.

Rogan took the decision because of disagreements with Breen and another of his cornermen Eamon Magee.

Paul McCullagh is now Rogan's trainer.
