Walker aiming for Moore
David Walker was outclassed by Roman Karmazin in October
Walker was ruthlessly exposed by Karmazin
Sidcup light middleweight David Walker is targeting British champion Jamie Moore.

Walker lost to Roman Karmazin in a European title challenge last October but a fourth-round stoppage of Matt Scriven in March got him back on track.

The 27-year-old next fights on the undercard of the British super middleweight title fight between Tony Dodson and Carl Froch on 2 June.

"I know I'm the best in Britain and I can beat Jamie Moore," said Walker.

"Winning the Lonsdale belt has always been my dream. That is one of the reasons I got into boxing. But I will need to continue the form I showed in March to get my opportunity.

"I didn't show that against Karmazin, I wasn't myself that night. Moore's a good little boxer but I have more movement and more power. I will also have more hunger. I want that belt around my waist."
