Guernsey's Katie Rowe made an impressive comeback from injury to successfully defend her U13 inter-counties cross-country title.

Running as part of the Hampshire team in the 3km race, Rowe's winning time of 11 minutes and seven seconds helped them to secure team gold.

Louise Perrio put in a solid run to finish 46th in the women's 8km event.

Steve Dawes was disappointed with his run of 39 minutes and two seconds and 99th place in the 10km men's event.
