Loundes and Griffiths were crowned champions on Sunday.

Kevin Loundes and Gail Griffiths were crowned Isle of Man Cross Country Champions as Manx Harriers dominated the event held at Pulrose on Sunday.

Loundes produced an excellent performance in the cold and rain to win by over one-and-a-half minutes from Manx Harriers team mate Darren Gray.

Martin Malone, also of Manx Harriers, was third around the 9.4km course.

Gail Griffiths produced a suberb performance to win the ladies title with Julie Harrison second.

Sarah Curphey came home third as Manx Harriers completed 1-2-3 in both the men's and ladies senior events.
