As part of Your Game I went to Leyton Orient Leisure Complex to be a football reporter.
Spurs ladies show off their tricks |
There were loads of activities to do such as DJing, trying your hand at commentating on live football matches (not as easy as it sounds!) and a hardest kick competition. The match I reported on was the Ladies Cup final between Tottenham and Brent .
After a pulsating opening couple of minutes Tottenham took the lead with a well-crafted goal to go one up.
They quickly doubled their lead just before the break.
And then straight from the kick-off Brent pulled a goal back with a cool finish.
Tottenham then scored the goal of the game with some neat play between three of the Tottenham Ladies.
The goal was finished off with a rasping drive into the bottom left corner.
Tottenham then had a simple tap-in for their fourth before Brent pulled another back.
It was to no avail as Tottenham Ladies got their hands on the cup to move forward to the regional finals.
These will be held in Newcastle at St James Park.
