Warren Gatland - Wales
Warren Gatland takes charge of Wales for the first time on Saturday against England at Twickenham.
Since starting in his role as coach in November, the New Zealander has brought Shaun Edwards and Rob Howley into his coaching team and tempted flanker Martyn Williams out of retirement.
Gatland has plenty of success in club rugby behind him, as well as three years at the helm with Ireland between 1998 and 2001.
A first Welsh win at England HQ for 20 years would be some way to kick-start the 44-year-old's reign.
