Reddan's career kicked on another gear in 2007 and the scrum-half looks set to continue to hit the heights in 2008.
After winning the Heineken Cup with Wasps last season, Reddan then claimed the Ireland number nine shirt during the World Cup, displacing Peter Stringer.
His running game, typified by a 30m scamper for a try against Bristol in the Premiership just before Christmas, gives Ireland a different dimension from the less athletic Stringer.
