England's forwards have been at the heart of their best work, especially at the scrum.

And once again the front-row triumvirate of Andrew Sheridan, Mark Regan and captain Phil Vickery will look to dominate Os du Randt and co the moment the first scrum is called.

"England's scrum has got stronger and stronger and I think they're really looking forward to this," said Guscott. "South Africa looked a bit creaky against Argentina, who are great exponents of the scrum.

"But it could be pay-back time for England and that will start in the scrum."
