Paul returned at Old Trafford after four months on the sidelines |
Skipper Robbie Paul has already set his sights on the one trophy Bradford have not got in their bulging trophy cabinet. Winners of the World Club Challenge two years ago, the Bulls have another chance to win that particular piece of silverware when they take on the Penrith Panthers early next year.
"We're already thinking about the World Club Challenge," said Paul, who ended his four-month lay-off following an arm injury by helping his side win the Tetley's Super League crown on Saturday.
"We won it in 2002 by beating the Newcastle Knights, now we want it back again."
Bradford have cleaned up this season, winning the Challenge Cup, Minor Premiership and now the Grand Final.
They also swept the board when it came to individual honours, second-rower Jamie Peacock collecting three top awards, most notably the Man of Steel, and Brian Noble winning the coach of the year award.
"It's been a very special season," said Paul.
"We are thrilled with what we have achieved but we are hungry for more success."
