Friday 16th July | 197.5 km | Castelsarrasin to La Mongie

Stage 12
The Col d'Aspin and latterly La Mongie await riders on a shockingly tough end to the stage.

History
The Tour made it here two years ago and Lance Armstrong was the man on top.

Winner
Ivan Basso took the honours at La Mongie but Lance Armstrong took the plaudits coming home second.
