Plymouth Raiders moved up to 10th place in the British Basketball League after beating the Everton Tigers on Sunday. The Tigers were looking to carry their 2009 good form over into the New Year. But at half-time how the score was 38-30 in the favour of the visiting and they held on to finish 87-74 ahead for a significant away win. Leading point scorers for Raiders were forward Terry Horton- 23 points, Drew Lasker - 21 and Florentino Valencia - 15 points.
