The biggest battle of the day will be between the rival co-ordinators, Josh McDaniels, who heads the Patriots offence, and Steve Spagnuolo, who is in charge of the Giants defence.
Both men are in their first year in their positions but both have been prominent candidates as teams around the league look to hire new head coaches.
The test for Spagnuolo will be to stop the league's best offence.
Meanwhile McDaniels must devise a scheme to protect quarterback Tom Brady against the league's most creative pass rush.
