Olympic Dreams - On shoot with the rowers
GB men's coach Jurgen Grobler
Rollercoaster ride
Jurgen Grobler (on the right) was appointed head coach of the GB men's team 17 years ago.

The German has been coaching for more than 35 years and, with his guidance, Britain have picked up six golds and five other medals in four Olympics.

However, the pressure is on the men.

After Athens glory in 2004, the new coxless four have had a topsy-turvy 12 months, with 27 victories on the bounce but only a fourth at the world championships in Munich.
