Malachy O'Rourke says that Fermanagh have won nothing yet but delighted with the fighting spirit of his side

Fermanagh boss Malachy O'Rourke praised his players after the Ernemen fought back to earn a 1-11 to 2-8 draw with Armagh in Sunday's Ulster SFC decider.

"We're disappointed as we came here to win the game," he said.

"But I'm delighted with the character of the boys - a lot of people would have written us off.

"I knew we wouldn't go down without a tremendous fight and I'm proud of the players. But for missing so many chances we would have won the match."

Armagh led by eight points early in the second half before the Ernemen stromed back and Shaun Doherty's injury-time point secured a replay at Clones next Sunday.

"Maybe we played too defensively in the first half and didn't express ourselves," added O'Rourke.

"We started to express ourselves in the second half and got back into the game.

"I'm relieved we have another chance - no team has the advantage for the replay and it's all to play for next Sunday."
