Armagh manager Peter McDonnel says that his side made key mistakes in vital areas Manager Peter McDonnell admitted Armagh should have secured victory over Fermanagh in the Ulster final. The Orchard County led by eight points early in the second half but Fermanagh staged a remarkable revival. "It should have been over and done with. You have to look at how much we let them back into the game," said a disappointed McDonnell afterwards. "But we have to be positive. We are still in the Ulster final and now it is about starting from scratch again." McDonnell looked set to celebrate his first season in charge by landing the provincial championship. And, despite Fermanagh's heroics, Armagh will still start favourites in next Sunday's replay. However, McDonnell admitted there was work to be done. "We struggled to get the ball in the middle of the field," said the Orchard County boss. "We got caught in possession and did not get enough ball into the men who were doing the damage, Ronan Clarke and Steven McDonnell."
