Wolverhampton Wolves confidently beat Belle Vue Aces 59-36 just two days after losing to the same side. Skipper Peter Karlsson and Grand Prix star Freddie Lindgren were unbeaten by opponents all evening at Monmore Green. Adam Skornicki was also on form, combining for a key 5-1 in heat five with rising star Tai Woffinden. Patrick Hougaard and Charlie Gjedde led the way for Belle Vue with 10 points each, whilst Krzysztof Kasprzak also managed to score eight. Karlsson top scored for Wolves with 13 points, Lindgren adding 12, Skornicki 11, Woffinden nine and Klindt eight. Wolves rider Nicolai Klindt defied the pain from a dislocated shoulder to put in an impressive performance for the home side. Wolves next home meeting on Monday 20 April pairs them with reigning Elite League champions Poole.
