This is me in the Red Bull pit with my race engineer, Ciaron Pilbeam, who is one of the people I spend most of my time with over a race weekend.

Ciaron is my point man. He's the guy who I work with on deciding how I set up my car for the race - we make all the decisions on settings, tyres, strategy and so on together, with input from other engineers in the team.

I've worked with him since last year. Ciaron is really good - as is my performance engineer Daniele Casanova. Yes, that's really his name!

Together, we back each other pretty well, and they form a really good team.
