FULL-TIME: Germany continue their 100% record in the World Cup with a last-gasp win over neighbours Poland in Dortmund. Jurgen Klinsmann's side will qualify for the last 16 unless Costa Rica beat Ecuador on Thursday.

Germany deserved the victory after enjoying the better chances in the match, but Poland defended staunchly and their keeper, Artur Boruc, was superb.
