Partridge exits St James
Exeter City boss Neil McNab will not be retaining the services of on-loan striker Scott Partridge.

The former Torquay, Bristol City, Cardiff and Brentford hitman had been a big success since arriving at St James Park from Rushden & Diamonds just after Christmas.

But he has been recalled to Nene Park, despite having been transfer-listed by the club in early December as Rushden attempted to reduce their wage bill.

McNab said: "Their manager Brian Talbot phoned me and said Scott wanted to come back.

"But I've already reached my maximum number of loan players so we can't get him back down here," he told the Exeter Express & Echo.

Meanwhile, Grecians co-chairman John Russell is set to name the amount of money it will cost the club's Supporters' Trust to seal a place on the board.

The Trust say they believed a directorship would be available for 10,000.

But Russell has denied the offer and is reported to be set to reveal the accurate figure.
