Euro 2008: Who will you support? Man Utd
Following a sensational return of the Premier League title and Champions League trophy from a gruelling 2007-08 campaign, Manchester United's players could be forgiven for fancying a summer with their feet up.
However, just like their main domestic rivals, United will be heavily represented at Euro 2008 - starting with the player widely regarded as Europe's finest at the moment, Cristiano Ronaldo.
The winger, alongside team-mate Nani, will lead Portugal's attempts to go one better than they did in 2004 when they finished runners-up to Greece. But they will be wary of the threat of France, with Patrice Evra likely to play a big role for Raymond Domenech's side.
Edwin van der Sar will again be key to the Netherlands' chances in goal, while fellow keeper Tomasz Kuszczak* will hope to put a stop-start season behind him to earn the nod in the Poland goal.
* Kuszczak was named in the Poland squad, but suffered a back injury the day before the tournament and was forced to withdraw from the squad
