Ganga scored only 14 runs in the two innings at Headingley |
Acting captain Daren Ganga admitted West Indies were some way short of their best as they succumbed to their heaviest Test defeat. "It was a tough four days for us," he said. "The guys lacked the right sort of enthusiasm and it showed up.
"It's very important we remain upbeat. We've got two Test matches to play, we've got a little bit of time off and a practice game to play.
"We want to improve on all aspects of our game, it's very important."
Ganga hinted at possible changes for the third Test at Old Trafford on 7 June but added: "Consistency is something that has been hampering us and we need to ensure we are well set and aware of what we are capable of as a team."
