India romp to Bangladesh victory
Second Test, Chittagong, day four: India 540 beat Bangladesh 333 & 124 by an innings & 83 runs

Pathan was man of the series

India needed just four balls of the final day to dismiss the last batsman as India completed the formalities to beat Bangladesh in the second Test.

Bangladesh, who had made 333 in their first innings chasing India's 540, were bowled out for 124 after following on, losing by an innings and 83 runs.

Last batsman Talha Zubair was caught by Irfan Pathan off the spin bowling of Harbhajan, who took two wickets.

Bangladesh's Mohammad Ashraful was man of the match for his 158 not out.

India's paceman Pathan, who took 18 wickets in the two-Test series was named man of the series.

Bangladesh have yet to register a win in the 34 Tests it has played since becoming a Test playing nation in 2000.
