Second round - beat Herefordshire by 18 runs (D/L) Ben Smith's 91 was enough to gain Worcestershire an 18-run victory over Herefordshire at soggy New Road.
Graeme Hick (41) and South African Andrew Hall (34) rescued the home side from 8-2 and Smith helped boost the total to 279-8.
In reply, Richard Hall was unbeaten on 54 with his side 146-4 after 29 overs, when rain returned, but the total was not enough to give Herefordshire an upset using the Duckworth/Lewis method.
Third round - beat Somerset by eight wickets
A superb bowling spell by Andy Bichel ensured a comfortable win for Worcestershire.
Bichel took 4-17 as Somerset were despatched for just 95 in 28 overs at Worcester. Last year's beaten finalists reached their target in only the 15th over as they cruised to 100-2, with Bichel unbeaten on 38 and Gareth Batty scoring 32 not out.
Quarter-final - beat Essex by 21 runs
Worcestershire's total of 204 on a difficult pitch proved too much for Essex at New Road.
Ben Smith (54) and David Leatherdale (42) put on a stand of 76 as Worcestershire posted 204 all out after winning the toss. Andy Bichel was the pick of the home side's bowlers with 3-27 as Essex were skittled out for 183 in reply.
Semi-final - beat Warwickshire by 41 runs
Vikram Solanki's 127 put Worcestershire on the way the final as they beat Warwickshire by 41 runs at Edgbaston.
Solanki hit three sixes and eight fours as last year's losing finalists totalled 257-4 after being put in to bat.
Warwickshire could only muster 216 in reply, despite a stand of 84 between Dougie Brown and Trevor Penney as wickets fell cheaply.
