India grounds guide - Faridabad
Nahar Singh Stadium, Faridabad
Second one-day international: 31 March

Situated 18 miles south-east of Delhi, the modern Nahar Singh Stadium will stage its eighth one-day international.

Kapil Dev played his final limited overs match here when West Indies, who gave Shiv Chanderpaul a debut, thrashed the hosts by a whopping 96 runs.

India have lost all but one of their five matches here, including a 2002 reverse to Zimbabwe which featured a memorable cameo from Doug Marillier.

Five times out of seven the team batting second has triumphed.
