Wales should expect to crawl off field - Wilkinson

Wales manager Rhian Wilkinson says her players should expect to "crawl off the field exhausted" if they want a successful result against Albania.

They go into Tuesday's second leg of their World Cup qualifying play-off semi-final in Llanelli with a 1-0 lead on aggregate after victory in Shkoder on Friday.
