Launceston director of rugby Neil Bayliss says his side are starting to show their potential.

"I think now we're beginning to show what we're capable of," Bayliss said.

"The boys are really stepping up to the mark, we're building a good, solid, strong squad, and we're getting some results at long last."

Launceston have beaten , external, external and Worthing in their past four games, having lost their previous five, and face Cornish rivals Redruth on 20 December.

"We're delighted with the past couple of weeks, getting a couple of wins is obviously crucial to everyone involved in the club," Bayliss told BBC Radio Cornwall.

"We want to put in a performance against Canterbury and Taunton away and then the derby is looming before Christmas."
