Jake Murphy's late try helped secure the win for Launceston
Launceston boss Neil Bayliss says his side "deserved" to score two tries in the final minute and come back from 18-6 down to beat Old Elthamians 20-18.
Ed Holmes and Jake Murphy went over in the dying moments and full-back Kieron Lewitt kicked both conversions.
After seven losses by four points or less it was Launceston's first close National Two South win of the season.
"We've had a few go the other way so it's nice for one to go our way for a change," Bayliss told BBC Cornwall.
"I thought we thoroughly deserved the victory."
The win was the second in a row for Launceston - their first back-to-back wins since the end of September - as they moved up to 10th place in National Two South.
"We've turned a corner and I'm just immensely proud of what we're doing and what we're achieving now," added Bayliss.
"There's a great belief in the squad and to come here and snatch a victory is ideal."
