  1. Good night!published at 00:03 GMT

That's all from this live text coverage of UFC London.

It wasn't to be for Lerone Murphy but he showed heart in taking number one-ranked featherweight Movsar Evloev the distance, despite his hip popping out in round three.

Largely, it was a positive night on the British front with the likes of Shanelle Dyer, Nathaniel Wood, Mason Jones, Christian Leroy Duncan, Michael 'Venom' Page and Luke Riley all getting wins.

Big shout out to Jones for his incredible performance against Axel Sola - if he doesn't leave the O2 with a bonus of some sort then something has gone terribly wrong.

  2. Dana White on Jon Jonespublished at 00:02 GMT

A little bit of news from the post-card news conference and UFC president Dana White.

White has been responding to Jon Jones comments that he was in talks to fight on the White House card but they wouldn't give him more than $15m.

"Jon Jones was definitely not fighting on the White House card," White said.

"There's no way in hell I was putting him on the card, no matter what the money was."

Evloev beats Murphy by majority decision

Aljamain Sterling, previous opponent of Evloev, said on X: "I have NO idea how to score fights anymore? Point deduction and he still won? I had this fight 2-2 based on what I was seeing. Wild. Just get in shape fellas and let the chips land where they fall. Congrats to both Murphy and Evloev. Technical fight."

  5. 'Evloev is next'published at 23:59 GMT 21 March

UFC featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski spoke to Paramount Plus in the aftermath of Evolev's victory and appears ready to face the Russian.

"For me, it was quite impressive" Volkanovski told Paramount Plus. "He is 20-0 now. I guess he is next."

We didn't get to hear from Michael 'Venom' Page in the cage but he has been speaking to the media back in the press room.

Page said: "You hear the crowd and stuff, I see it as they have an expectation of me in the same way as I have more for myself, and when I’m not delivering in a frustrating fight.

"I understand why the boos are there.

"I'm too experienced to be worried about that from the crowd. Obviously happy with the win but I obviously want to do more.

"I feel like he [Sam Patterson] was tactical in terms of not trying to engage. Frustrating one all around there’s so much I know I could have done now to get more out of him and myself."

  8. Evloev in good companypublished at 23:54 GMT 21 March

Movsar Evloev is among some pretty decent company when it comes to active win streaks in the UFC.

Only two-weight champion Islam Makhachev, who is tied for the longest-ever win streak in UFC history, is clear of Evloev.

It's also worth noting that Evloev is on a longer win streak than middleweight champion Khamzat Chimaev and lightweight champion Ilia Topuria.

    • 16 - Islam Makhachev
    • 10 - Movsar Evloev
    • 09 - Khamzat Chimaev
    • 09 - Ilia Topuria
    • 09 - Carlos Ulberg
  9. Evloev takes control from round threepublished at 23:51 GMT 21 March

Evloev beats Murphy by majority decision

Not wanting to make any excuses for Lerone Murphy but a fair bit of the data from this fight does take a downward turn for him from the third round onward - when he popped his hip.

Murphy landed more significant strikes than Movsar Evloev in the opening two rounds but that control falls away through the rest of the contest.

    Significant strikes landed by round in Murphy v Evloev . Round 1 - 14 Murphy, 11 Evloev. Round 2 - 24 Murphy, 17 Evloev. Round 3 - 23 Murphy, 25 Evloev. Round 4 - 16 Murphy, 21 Evloev. Round 5 - 12 Murphy, 12 Evloev.
  10. Mum tried to send me to the post office - Pintopublished at 23:51 GMT 21 March

    Paul Battison
BBC Sport journalist at the O2 Arena

Portugal's Mario Pinto, who lives and trains in London, told a funny story following his win over Felipe Franco earlier.

The 28-year-old told us his mum tried to send him to the post office earlier today.

"On the day of my fight - can you believe that?" asked Pinto.

It just shows you're never too old or famous to be sent to the post office by your mum.

Lerone Murphy showed his gracious side in defeat, calling for the UFC to hand Movsar Evloev a title shot.

Murphy said: "Sorry for not giving you a fight. Make sure Evloev gets a title shot. He deserves it.

"Yes, my hip popped in third round, but no excuses. I'll be back. I've got work to do, but i'll be back."

Movsar Evloev speaking in the octagon: "I told you I was a better striker than him - joking!

"Me and my coach were preparing more fakes, takedowns and punches. I think my punches are hard, I can hurt the opponent. Look at his face; he is damaged. I don't have to use my wrestling to get the win."

On the prospect of a title shot against featherweight champion Alex Volkanovski: "He mentioned my name a lot of times and I accept his challenge. Let's fight. UFC, there is no excuses to not let me fight for the title.

"London, thank you so much for finally accepting me. I had issues with my visa, but I love this city."

Bad decision…Lerone definitely won 1 and 2. Worse case it was a draw. 3rd was close.

    Matty, London

I think that’s incredibly harsh on Lerone, for him to lose by two on the cards with a point deduction, maybe I was watching a different fight!

Evloev beats Murphy by majority decision

What do you make those scorecards?

All three judges gave Lerone Murphy the second round and he did appear to be really finding his rhythm at that point. Murphy's kicks were keeping Movsar Evloev at bay and deterring the Russian from shooting for takedowns.

But the key point is the third round when Murphy's hip popped out, with all three judges scoring round three, four and five in Evloev's favour.

Round four ended up a draw because Evloev was deducted a point for a second low blow.

With the points deduction it is going to be hard for Evloev to win on points, but he did win the last two rounds.

It all depends on how the judges scored round three.
