    Celtic manager Ronny Deila

"We have to take the positives. I was very happy with Kieran Tierney today, and with Scott Brown and James Forrest. I want to see us braver on the ball to develop our own play. That will be key for the future. I need to give credit to the fans. They created a fantastic atmosphere."

    Celtic manager Ronny Deila

"When you are defending you need to keep concentration for 90 minutes. For 88 minutes he (Efe Ambrose) was very good. I think we had very good control of the game in the first half. In the second half we were too deep at the start but we made some changes. When we have the ball we are a good team. We have to defend as high up the pitch as possible."

    Celtic manager Ronny Deila

"We played well in the first half. They got the goal and that gave them energy. It was disappointing that they scored from almost the (only) two chances that they had. I'm disappointed that we didn't win but I'm happy that we got the point."

"That was as good as Scott Brown has been for the last couple of seasons."

BBC Scotland reporter Richard Wilson at Celtic Park

"How many times have we seen this movie this season, last season? When the same mistakes are being made, why don't they change it? Apart from the errors, I thought Celtic showed good character. For decent periods of this game they have outplayed a team put together at far greater expense, so there are positives for Celtic. How they must hope (defender Jozo) Simunovic gets fit."

    Former Aberdeen manager Willie Miller

"You've got to be better at the back. Efe Ambrose keeps making these mistakes. You keep asking when it's going to stop, IF it's going to stop. I can't understand why you don't mark their tallest player (at corners). Somebody will need to sit me down in a dark room and explain that one to me."

BBC Scotland football pundit Murdo MacLeod

"The fans going home tonight will be delighted with the first 45 minutes. But the whole thing turned. Fenerbahce came out with an energy about them and they got the equaliser, but then Celtic hit back though there weren't many chances. It's two points dropped. They should have been sitting with three points from tonight and one from Amsterdam."

With Molde's home game against Ajax also ending in a draw, the Norwegians top Group A with four points. The Dutch side and Celtic each have two points from their two draws and Fenerbahce are still in the hunt, even though they have only one point to show for their efforts.

Both sets of players applaud the fans. That was a really entertaining match, though you can't help think of what might have been, had Celtic been tighter at the back.

Gordon D: "I take it nobody had the bottle to have a word with the blunder king at half time as he still hasn't learned. Come on Celtic keep it tight."
