However, that's us done, at the end of one of the most incredible Test matches you could ever wish to see.

We can only assume England will be unchanged, but they might have a bit of a worry about Andrew Flintoff's shoulder. We're expecting news on that in the next day or so. He would be impossible to replace.

Can you believe we start again at Old Trafford on Thursday? Australia will be desperate to get Glenn McGrath fit for that one. How he has been missed here. And don't forget Ricky Ponting choosing to field after winning the toss.

Kasprowicz definitely didn't have his hand on the bat. This will only increase the calls for them to use more technology in the game.

Now then. There might be a hint of controversy around that finish.

The Laws of the game state that a batsman can only be given out off the glove if the hand is on the bat. Replays seem to suggest that Kasprowicz had taken his hand off by the time he was struck.

Not that England will care. The scorebook says he was out, and the series is level at 1-1.

Bizarre. You don’t get those feelings in your life often. Maybe two or three moments. The elation, emotion, the release of tension, that realisation we were back in the Ashes. I do firmly believe if we lost that game it could have been a whitewash. 2-0 down with three to play. I just don’t think we’d have it in us to come back three days later at Old Trafford.

There are handshakes between the players, the Aussies have come down to the edge of the boundary to greet the England team as they come off. Spare a thought for them. What a Test match we've seen.

You don’t know what you’re doing in those moments. Geraint Jones went to a big group of Aussies in the crowd that had been giving him a load. You have to calm yourself down, shake hands, when in the back of your mind you want to keep going nuts. You want to high five every one of the 25,000 in Edgbaston.

I had to go and do the post-match media straight away. I’m pretty sure we would have said something brief. We invited the Aussies in for beers and we sat in the dressing room for quite a few hours. We wanted to get to know them, I wanted the team to understand that they were just humans.

Ah, that's a lovely moment. Flintoff goes to the beaten Brett Lee, who is down on his haunches, devastated. He shakes his hand and picks him up. Classy.

I haven’t really listened to the commentary, but apparently I was getting caned for having the sweepers out. I’d probably be doing the same on commentary now.

The reason for it was that we just needed one wicket and I wanted as many balls as possible for that mistake, or bit of magic. In my mind, it was just one ball. That’s what I kept saying to Harmison. That’s why we kept the sweepers out.

Simon Jones was very cool, because it went very fast to him. He casually picked it up and flung it in. Our body language showed we thought it had gone. Simon flung it in aggressively because he thought we’d lost the game

Lee's dropped his bat, but Australia still manage to scrape a single. He'll keep the strike too.

Australia only need four to win.

I think this match is ending, one way or another, in the next over...

Flintoff is still peppering Lee, who ducks and dives.
