Nacho Elvira, speaking on Sky Sports: "It means the world. If you had told me on Tuesday that I was going to be winning this I would never have believed you. It's a dream come true, especially having my family here.

"Whatever happens now will not come close to this."

Elvira's family joins him on the green and he's all smiles. Who can blame him?!

Nacho Elvira has done it!

It's only a couple of feet but will be one of the hardest putts of his life....but he makes it!

What a day for the Spanish player!

Shane Lowry looked to have it in his grasp but the 18th caught him out, and Rory McIlroy was also in the mix after an early charge but he fell away.

Nacho Elvira has two putts to win it....and his first attempt rolls past the hole.

He just has to knock it in from a few feet and the title is his.

Nacho Elvira is in the middle of the fairway and his second shot.

His effort is just off the green, but on the other side from that troublesome bunker that caught out Lowry and McIlroy.

He should be able to see it out from there.

It's a double bogey for Lowry to round out his tournament. That's such a shame from a promising position.

Now, all eyes move to Elvira.

It's either going to be the Spanish player or Hillier.

Back on the range, Daniel Hillier is warming-up in case this goes to a play-off.

There's been so much drama that I wouldn't put it past that happening, but Nacho Elvira is in control now. ,

It's in his hands.

Shane Lowry has taken the drop and he almost holes the chip, but it drifts past the cup.....

Huge!

Just as Lowry finds the water, Nacho Elvira makes a crucial birdie on the 17th.

He's now tied for the lead, but there's trouble to come for Lowry.

I can't believe it!

Lowry puts far too much on it and it doesn't just fly off the green, but it's into the water on the far side.

That's a nightmare for the Ryder Cup hero!

There's warm applause for both players as they walk onto the green.

Lowry walks over to his ball in the bunker at the back of the green, and then paces towards the hole and back again.

This is a huge pressure shot.

Back on the 17th, Nacho Elvira finds the green with his second shot.

A birdie chance.

Lowry puts too much on his second shot and finds the same bunker that McIlroy landed in a few moments ago.

That will put pressure on his third shot.

After a bright start, Marcus Armitage's round has unravelled slightly and he has gone bunker-water on his first two shots.

Eyes now move to Lowry.

Nacho Elvira finds the fairway off the 17th tee. A solid drive.

Rory McIlroy put so much on his bunker shot he's not left himself an easy par....and his attempt drifts wide.

It's a bogey to round out his tournament. It's not his day today.

And then there were two.

Back to Nacho Elvira and he has a birdie chance from about 20 feet but it dances wide.

It's another par for the Spanish player with two holes to play.

McIlroy will need to go full McIlroy if he's to make birdie from here.

It's central in the bunker and for a brief moment it looked like it would drop in, but it's just off line and rolls past the hole.

There's a wry smile on his face. That was close but it looks like he''ll come up short.

There's been a bit of a wait on the 18th for the late starters and that's only adding to the anticipation.

Shane Lowry doesn't look too fazed, and he dances his driver along the edge of the river that runs alongside the final hole.

It's safe, and he'll have a good look at the green from there.
