Derby County have lost six of their last eight matches against Leeds in all competitions (W1 D1), losing the last three in a row.

Leeds have progressed from each of their last four FA Cup ties against Derby, knocking them out in 1967-68, 1972-73, 1974-75 and 1995-96. The only team they’ve won five consecutive ties against in the competition are Wolves between 1935-36 and 1981-82.

Derby have been eliminated in three of their last four FA Cup third round ties – as many as in their previous 16 third round ties combined.

Leeds have progressed from each of their last four FA Cup ties against sides from a lower division, having been eliminated in seven of their previous nine ties against lower tier opponents beforehand.

Daniel Farke is winless in each of his four matches as Leeds manager against Derby’s John Eustace (D1 L3), all in the Championship across 2023-24 and 2024-25. He did, however, beat him 4-0 with Norwich against QPR back in April 2019.
