  1. Coming your way this weekendpublished at 15:40 GMT

That's just about it for today. We will be back on Friday for another busy day of news conferences.

Until then, here's the fixtures we have coming up this weekend...

    Premier League fixtures
  2. 'It's going to be very difficult to keep the position'published at 15:36 GMT

Wolves v Aston Villa (Fri, 20:00 GMT)

    Aston Villa

Unai Emery's side are third in the Premier League table, three points above fourth-placed Manchester United and six points clear of Chelsea and Liverpool, who are fifth and sixth: "I know it's going to be very difficult to keep the position because we have three teams behind us in Man United, Chelsea and Liverpool. They have the power to get us. The challenge is to keep the advantage we have now."

  3. 'We didn't deserve to win' against Wolves - Emerypublished at 15:33 GMT

Wolves v Aston Villa (Fri, 20:00 GMT)

    Aston Villa

Unai Emery on how difficult Aston Villa's match at Wolves will be tomorrow, after Villa's 1-0 win in the reverse fixture in November: "Very difficult. It was the coach [Rob Edwards] his second or third match coaching Wolverhampton and we won. We didn't deserve to win and they performed fantastically. They played a fantastic game. I remember it.

"Chelsea had two penalties in two minutes and not clear for me. Against Arsenal, they drew against the best team in the Premier League and maybe the world. Against Crystal Palace away, they lost in the last minute with one player less.

"This is a derby and they are playing at home with their supporters."

  4. 'We must enjoy what we are doing'published at 15:30 GMT

Wolves v Aston Villa (Fri, 20:00 GMT)

    Aston Villa

Unai Emery was asked whether third-placed Aston Villa are overperforming this season: "We must enjoy what we are doing. Each day is something we must enjoy, practice, and focus on the next match. We are going to fight day by day, next week, next month. It's an exciting moment.

"We are so motivated. We have played 27 matches and now that we are performing, showing our energy, I am so motivated for the next match tomorrow and the next matches after tomorrow."

  5. 'Emery wary of Wolves'published at 15:28 GMT

It was a short press conference with Unai Emery, with broadcast questions limited, despite Aston Villa aiming to go nine points clear of the chasing pack and strengthen their grip on third place in the Premier League.

Beat Wolves at Molineux on Friday - a place where Unai Emery has not won - and it would set up Wednesday's visit of Chelsea, where Villa could deliver a knockout blow in the race for the top five.

Two victories would put Villa in an incredibly strong position, despite their recent faltering form, to return to the Champions League.

Emery, though, is wary of Wolves- the Spaniard has lost three times and drawn once at Molineux with Villa.

  6. Xhaka 'might' feature against Bournemouthpublished at 15:26 GMT

Bournemouth v Sunderland (Sat, 12:30 GMT)

    Sunderland

Regis Le Bris also gave some Sunderland team news.

On Granit Xhaka being available to face Bournemouth: “He might be because he is in a good place now. He reacted really well after this game [against Fulham]. At the minute, he is in a good a place.”

On Romaine Mundle's injury: "I must say it might be a difficult injury, and he might be sidelined for a few weeks or months. We still have further assessments to make."

On the rest of Sunderland's injuries: "Jocelin [Ta Bi] might be in the same position as Romaine, but a different injury. He might need surgery. Couple of weeks or months [possibly ruled out].

“It would be shorter for Nordi [Mukiele] and Brian [Brobbey] between two or four weeks, depending on the way they respond to the treatment and the rehab."

Le Bris also said that Dennis Cirkin was "getting better" and should be back in "around 10 days", while Bertrand Traore will return to full training this week.

  7. 'No room for racism or abuse in football'published at 15:23 GMT

Bournemouth v Sunderland (Sat, 12:30 GMT)

Sunderland boss Regis Le Bris on the racist abuse Romaine Mundle received after Sunderland's 3-1 loss to Fulham: "What happened to Romaine is unacceptable. We stand with him. There is no room for racism or abuse in football. That is clear for us. We stand for respect and inclusion. Diversity is the values of football and the values of the club."

Right, we have focused on the relegation battle today, but the Sunderland and Aston Villa managers have also been speaking this afternoon, so let's hear from them before we close this page.

Starting with the Black Cats' Regis Le Bris...

  9. 'Unbelievable resilience to pick up points'published at 15:19 GMT

Burnley v Brentford (Sat, 15:00 GMT)

    Burnley

More from Burnley boss Scott Parker on his side going two games unbeaten with a win at Crystal Palace and a draw at Chelsea: "It's done a lot really. Some real positive results. We're in a good place and the players feel that and certainly round the place as well. We need to maintain that now, we have a massive game at the weekend where we want another result.

"There's always challenges and there's been many this year. We're trying to take stock of every game as it comes. We've been able through a real determination and unbelievable resilience to pick up points and be hugely competitive really. There has been some bumps, but the mindset and everything about us has been spot on."

  10. Can Burnley force their way back into the battle?published at 15:14 GMT

    Burnley

Burnley are 19th in the Premier League table, eight points from safety with 11 games remaining.

But Scott Parker's side have picked up four points in their last two matches to boost their odds of survival, ever so slightly.

They followed up a first league win in almost four months at Crystal Palace with a battling draw at Chelsea.

Despite that, the Clarets are only being given a 2.17% chance of survival by Opta.

  11. 'Let's bring others into relegation battle'published at 15:13 GMT

Burnley v Brentford (Sat, 15:00 GMT)

    Burnley

On to Burnley boss Scott Parker, who has issued a rallying cry to his team before Saturday's huge game at home to Brentford: "Our home stadium needs to be exactly that. It's our responsibility to give our fans that hope and energy, but for sure we're gonna need them as well. I hope the fans come with optimism and understanding of what this group has been through and how they've come out of that.

"I'd like to hope, well demand actually, the fans come and get behind this team.

"It's a massive game for us. Let's bring some others involved into this [relegation battle]. We've been chasing this down for some time now, and been in this position a long time, and we've always had our gloves on and been punching away. At times we've not really got a knockout and at other times we've hit the floor, but we're always in this.

"Let's stick together and go and get a result at the weekend. Get a result and suddenly it's a different story and others get brought into this."

  12. Forest survival chances still in their favourpublished at 15:09 GMT

    Nottingham Forest

West Ham's upturn in form has heaped pressure back on their relegation rivals.

Nottingham Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis wasted little time in taking decisive action as their form dipped, replacing Sean Dyche as manager after just 18 games in charge.

Dyche's replacement, Vitor Pereira, has been charged with guiding them away from trouble.

They are 17th, on 27 points from 27 games, with a two-point cushion over the Hammers in 18th.

Opta suggests they have a 42.99% chance of remaining 17th and a 70.02% chance of survival, but the odds are slowly turning against them.

Worried about Forest's lack of goals and not taking chances. Should have beaten Wolves and Liverpool, but ended up with one point.

    Mark

I think Forest are the most likely to go down. Nuno is solid and will guide West Ham to safety. Spurs will improve as players return from injury, but at Forest with Pereira and owner Marinakis anything could happen!

  14. 'We miss him' - Nuno on Pablo's fitnesspublished at 15:02 GMT

Liverpool v West Ham (Sat, 15:00 GMT)

    West Ham United

A final word from Nuno Espirito Santo, who was asked about the fitness of Brazilian forward Pablo, who has not featured in a matchday squad since West Ham's 2-0 win at Burnley on 7 February: “He didn’t join us yet. He’s starting his individual programme, improving day by day. Like I said, we keep assessing and see when he can return.”

When asked for an estimated return date: “No, it all depends on him. It depends on how he adapts to the loads again. Hopefully soon. We miss him.”

  16. West Ham's final five Premier League fixturespublished at 14:52 GMT

    West Ham United

Will Clive, West Ham have made it to within two points of safety with 11 games remaining.

Looking further forward, like Tottenham and Nottingham Forest, the Hammers face some tough matches in their final five games of the season.

Could it all come down to that final game at home to Leeds?

Get Involved - West Ham form might be too little, too late'published at 14:49 GMT

Click 'Get Involved' to have you say

I am worried West Ham's recent upturn in form might be too little, too late. Despite his ridiculous red card in the reverse fixture with Liverpool, I think Paqueta's ability to find a killer pass might have turned some draws into wins. Not expecting many thumbs up for this, though.

    Clive

As a West Ham fan of 55 years, relegation is painful but I always consoled myself with can't wait for the promotion party when we go back up!

  18. 'We are confident that we are playing well'published at 14:48 GMT

Liverpool v West Ham (Sat, 15:00 GMT)

    West Ham United

Nuno Espirito Santo on West Ham's last two league games ending in draws - 1-1 at home to Manchester United and 0-0 against Bournemouth - either side of a 1-0 extra-time win at Burton Albion in the FA Cup: "We performed well. We performed well in the cup, we did the job we had to do. Improvements, but some results are not coming in, which we need.

"We had a clean sheet at home, which motivates us. Saturday will be a new one, but we are confident that we are playing well.

"We assess the reality. We played a good game and wanted to achieve the result. We want to improve for the next one and not spend too much time in sorrow and react."

Click 'Get Involved' to have your say

As a West Ham fan, we are favourites to go down but we're making teams wonder. If we get ahead of anyone I'd say it will be Forest, with them having just as tough a run-in, still in Europe and sacking Dyche. Won't be Spurs sadly!

  20. Hammers run gives them hopepublished at 14:43 GMT

    West Ham United

Nuno Espirito Santo says his West Ham are "in the fight", well, they have certainly made this season's relegation battle more interesting.

West Ham went more than two months without a win in the Premier League before claiming a 'shock' 2-1 victory at Tottenham on 17 January.

That has proved to be a real turning point for Nuno's side, who have lost just one of their last six Premier League matches.

They remain 18th in the table but are now just two points behind 17th-placed Nottingham Forest and four behind Spurs in 16th.

Opta suggests they still have a 60.66% chance of finishing third bottom and a 71.28% chance of ending up in the bottom three.

However, the Hammers have hope - a 28.72% chance of survival, to be exact.

West Ham's next five fixtures - Liverpool (a), Fulham (a), Brentford (h - FA Cup), Man City (h), Aston Villa (a)
