That's the end of the line for us tonight with our Championship coverage but we'll be back in just a few days' time - Friday in fact - with Blackburn v Preston, before a run of fixtures on Saturday and another on Sunday.

With that in mind, I'm going to eat some more pancakes before we go again.

  2. More action in League One and League Twopublished at 22:11 GMT 17 February

Three decent penalty shouts turned down and a blatantly offside goal given. Not been Bristol City's day when it comes to officiating!

    Matt

Robins robbed there, clearly offside for Wrexham's second goal and a penalty denied.

  4. 'A really strong performance'published at 22:04 GMT 17 February

    FT: Charlton 1-3 Portsmouth

    Portsmouth

Portsmouth manager John Mousinho has been speaking to BBC Radio Solent after his side's 3-1 win against fellow bottom-of-the-table rivals Charlton.

"Delighted with the result and we matched it with a really good performance, a really strong performance.

"Take the opening minute or so out of it when Nico saved us - it’s easy to forget that when you come away with an important away victory, you look at that and it was just a moment of us being lax defensively but then I think that maybe sharpened us up a bit.

"After that, I thought for 55 minutes we were excellent, fully deserved the lead, came out in the second half and Charlton make three changes, you might expect a different game.

"But we came out, fully deserved to get the third goal and it went a bit crazy after that. We made a few very strange decisions after that which we hadn’t made but the fact we saw the game out in difficult circumstances is really pleasing."

Jordan referring to Bristol City's Jason Knight and Max Bird - both former Rams - who linked up for the Robins' equaliser.

  6. Pompey move away from bottom threepublished at 21:54 GMT 17 February

    Championship table 15-24

The bottom of the table looks a lot better for Portsmouth fans after that win. They move four points away from Leicester and the relegation zone and close the gap on their beaten opponents, Charlton, to move up to 19th.

  7. Bristol City and Wrexham still outside the top sixpublished at 21:51 GMT 17 February

    Championship table 1-10

A point apiece for Bristol City and Wrexham keeps them both right in the play-off race but isn't enough to move either of them into the top six.

Wrexham are up to seventh, still below Derby although now just by goal difference. The Robins stay ninth one place behind.

  8. 'Huge win for Pompey'published at 21:48 GMT 17 February

    FT: Charlton 1-3 Portsmouth

    Glen Little
Ex-Portsmouth winger on BBC Radio Solent

We've dragged Charlton into it with a win today.

When you're in a relegation battle every game is big, although some are certainly bigger than others.

It's a huge win for Pompey tonight.

  9. 'Tough evening for City'published at 21:44 GMT 17 February

    FT: Bristol City 2-2 Wrexham

    Gary Owers
Former Sunderland & Bristol City midfielder on BBC Radio Bristol

It's been tough this evening, but you take what you can on the night.

After how tempered that was in the first half I think we'll be quite pleased that we got something out of it in the end.

All ends all square between two teams right in the Championship play-off race.

Ollie Rathborne opened things for Wrexham with Sinclair Armstrong equalising for the Robins right after the break minutes after coming on.

A Joe Williams own goal put the Welsh side back in front on 76 minutes but a spectacular Max Bird volley on his return from a long injury drew Bristol City back level and means the points are shared at Ashton Gate.

  11. FULL-TIMEpublished at 21:39 GMT 17 February

    Charlton 1-3 Portsmouth

All over at The Valley and Terry Devlin is the man of the night for Portsmouth.

Two goals for the Pompey centre-back - including a super second-half strike - as well as a penalty from Colby Bishop put the struggling side 3-0 up.

Substitute Jayden Fevrier pulled one back for Charlton but it was too late for Nathan Jones' side.

The win is only Portsmouth's third away from home this season.

  12. 'Huge let off for Bristol'published at 21:38 GMT 17 February

    Bristol City 2-2 Wrexham

    Gary Owers
Former Sunderland & Bristol City midfielder on BBC Radio Bristol

Windass has missed from almost exactly the same position twice.

Six yards out and he's put it wide - what a let off.

Anything could have happened in this second half. I'd love to see City get a winner now.

    Bristol City 2-2 Wrexham

Wow have Wrexham not gone 3-2 up here.

George Dobson is only a few yards out and somehow taps the ball the wrong side of the post rather than into an open goal.

Replays show he was a fraction offside but still, how did that not go in.

  14. YELLOW CARDpublished at 21:36 GMT 17 February

    Bristol City 2-2 Wrexham

No sooner have they drawn level and Bristol City think they have a penalty appeal.

Delano Burgzorg takes the ball past the defender and races into the box in a one-on-one with Arthur Okonkwo and goes down, but ends up with a yellow card for diving.

  15. 'What a goal!'published at 21:32 GMT 17 February

What a goal! It's a great move from City.

The cross comes in, it's cut back to the edge of the box, and it's fired in off the underside of the bar.

He took control of that, what a strike.

  16. goal

GOAL: Bristol City 2-2 Wrexhampublished at 21:31 GMT 17 February

    Max Bird (88 mins)

What a finish and what a goal this is in the play-off race.

Max Bird has had a torrid time this season and not played for Bristol City since September due to a calf injury that's as fine a strike as you will see to mark his return.

Jason Knight pulls the ball back to Bird on the edge of the box and on the volley he swings the ball first-time off the bar and into the net.

  17. YELLOW CARDpublished at 21:31 GMT 17 February

    Charlton 1-3 Portsmouth

Another yellow card in this match - Ebou Adams for Portsmouth and we have eight players now in the referee's book.

  18. Postpublished at 21:30 GMT 17 February

Heading into the final few minutes of both of our matches tonight. Do we have any more goals still to come?

  19. Postpublished at 21:26 GMT 17 February

    Charlton 1-3 Portsmouth

Millenic Alli almost wraps this one up with a bow for Portsmouth, racing towards the Charlton goal at pace but his shot skims over the wrong side of the crossbar.
