Bromley's Nicke Kabamba made it 10 goals for the season with his strike at Fleetwood
Jude Arthurs scored a stoppage-time winner as League Two leaders Bromley fought back to beat Fleetwood.
The hosts had taken the lead in the second half through Mark Helm, but were pegged back by Nicke Kabamba, who had just come on as a substitute.
The visitors then snatched all three points at the end when Damola Ajayi sent in a cross that Arthurs turned in.
Bromley's best chance of the first half had been an acrobatic effort from Mitch Pinnock that flew way over the bar.
Fleetwood also had opportunities, with Grant Smith twice foiling Matty Virtue and diving low to deny Ethan Ennis.
In the 64th minute, Fleetwood edged ahead. Ennis sent in a cross and Helm ghosted in between Smith and Byron Webster to nod in from close range.
Bromley boss Andy Woodman immediately made three changes, and one of those, Kabamba, had an instant impact with a neat equaliser into the bottom corner.
Arthurs then struck in time added on to make it 10 wins and two draws in the last 12 games for Bromley.
