John: Which Brentford midfielder? Damsgaard? Or someone else?

FPL Heisenberg: Damsgaard hauled vs Burnley two Gameweeks ago, but, i still prefer Dango Outtara or Kevin Schade. If I have to pick just one, it'll be Outarra.

Nick: I have Joao Pedro, Palmer, Bruno Fernandes, Ekitike and Thiago all with great fixtures but wary also of Champions League midweeks meaning an unexpected benching. Who should I captain?

FPL Heisenberg: Tough to know if someone will be benched, but I think all those mentioned will start.

I have most of those and I'm going with Bruno Fernandes due to his consistency and he's great on the bonus system. He even has a chance of defensive contribution points, although of late they have dried up.

Adam asked: Salah did well last week. Spurs are decimated with injuries, would it be madness to captain Salah this week or not?

FPL Heisenberg: It wouldn't be madness because as you mentioned Spurs decimated and in terrible form, but I think if I was to captain a Liverpool player it would be Ekitike. Having said that, don't let me stop you. Salah is a gamble but it could easily pay off and he'll be a huge differential as well

FPL Heisenberg: All great choices, very hard to call. I'm going Fernandes for his consistency and likelihood for bonus even if he just gets one assist.

Phil: With Tottenham's defence looking depleted and their moral at an all time low, do you think Hugo Ekitike is a good choice to captain?

FPL Heisenberg: Yes absolutely, they are without Van de Ven, Romero and have trouble with Goalkeeper form too. Liverpool assets should feast this week.

Duncan: Morgan Rogers, stick or twist? Hasn't been picking up many goals/assists lately apart from bookings. Should i keep and hope he comes good or transfer out?

FPL Heisenberg: My plan for Rogers is to bench this Gameweek then possibly play him next week during the blank when he faces West Ham at home. However, you can absolutely sell him. Just make sure you haven't got too many players who blank next week (Arsenal, Man City, Crystal Palace and Wolves all blank)

    FPL Heisenberg

Tim: If I can save my Free Hit in gameweek 30, when is the best time to use it? I have all my chips available still.

George: I have a Free Hit and Wildcard left. Should I start taking blank week players out or just use my Free Hit next week?

A few of you have asked about when to use your remaining chips, so over to Wes for his favoured chip strategy...

FPL Heisenberg: No chip - BGW31

    Wildcard - GW32

    Bench boost - DGW33

    Free Hit - BGW34

    Triple Captain - DGW36

    FPL Q&A with FPL Heisenberg

With Arsenal, Manchester City, Crystal Palace and Wolves blanking next week, this is an FPL gameweek to hold your transfers if you can.

This week's BBC Sport FPL team has trusty Bruno Fernandes as captain and a measured gamble on Arsenal's defence.

The team of the week is selected based on current FPL prices to fit within a £100m budget, as if you were playing a Free Hit.

Jon asked: Who do I bench out of Harry Wilson and Elliott Anderson?

    FPL Heisenberg: Tough one.

I'd favour the bigger goal threat with Wilson. Anderson is more likely to get defensive contributions and play 90 minutes but I'd favour the goal and assist threat from Wilson personally.

Joe asked: Is it time to sell Haaland?! In my case it’s for Ekitike. I’ve been keen to do it for a few weeks but not had the stomach to go for it! What are your thoughts?

FPL Heisenberg: Yes absolutely, West Ham is a good fixture for him but then it's a blank after that and his form has dipped massively. Ekitike has a great fixture vs Spurs at home so I say do it. I'm a similar position where I will probably take out Haaland this week, I already have Ekitike so it'll be for Joao Pedro myself.

Jeuel asked: There's a lot of confusion and uncertaincy regarding the blanks and double gameweeks coming up. Who would you say are essentials for these next 5 game weeks or so?

FPL Heisenberg: I'm personally focusing on the next two gameweeks before wildcarding in GW32.

So, in the short term we don't know who's essential but we do know we have to either bench or sell our assets from Man City, Arsenal, Crystal Palace and Wolves in Gameweek 31 so my plan is to start to remove those players now and focus on teams with good short term fixtures like Liverpool, Brentford and Fulham.
