    Viktor Gyokeres

Arsenal striker Viktor Gyokeres may have sent Sweden to the World Cup.

Lucas Bergvall has a shot saved, the rebound drops to Besfort Zeneli and his effort hits the right-hand post, but Gyokeres is there to finish the loose ball, amid great scenes of celebration.

    Sweden 2-2 Poland

A long throw from Lucas Bergvall causes panic in the Poland penalty area, with the ball headed behind unconvincingly for a corner. That header could've gone anywhere.

The corner drops to Brighton's Yasin Ayari 20 yards out but his low strike is well held by a diving goalkeeper.

    It has been coming!

The 10-men of Italy have been living dangerously all half but were 10 minutes from holding on before Bosnia-Herzegovina equalised.

Edin Dzeko's header was kept out but Haris Tabakovic was there to bundle in the loose ball.

It is going to be checked by VAR...

    Sweden 2-2 Poland

Poland have been behind twice, but very nearly take the lead for the first time.

A corner is swung in by Sebastian Szymański and it almost goes directly in, but Victor Lindelof is in the right place on the goalline to clear the danger and stop the ball crossing the line.

    Kosovo 0-1 Turkey

We have a stoppage in play as Kosovo defender Albian Hajdari goes to win a header and gets bumped into by away goalkeeper Uğurcan Çakır.

Hajdari needs treatment and comes back on sporting a huge blue bandage wrapped around his head. This is not the sort of game you want to come out of.

Not much in the way of chances since Denmark's equaliser. This one feels like it is going to extra-time.

  20. Postpublished at 21:18 BST

With 15-20 minutes left, we currently have two games - Czech Republic v Denmark and Sweden v Poland - heading to extra-time as it stands, with only one goal separating the sides in the other two matches.

It could be a late night, with extra-time and penalties very much possible.
