Not surprised this is tight, West Ham’s first 11 are Championship quality, this 11 are definitely League One level.

A missed opportunity for Burton. We've been saying it all game, the delivery has been poor.

    Burton 0-0 West Ham

Konstantinos Mavropanos catches Jake Beesley and Burton have a free-kick in a decent position, level with the left side of the box. Tyrese Shade sends the ball in but the West Ham defence heads away.

  4. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 13:53 GMT

    Burton 0-0 West Ham

Burton also make changes as Kgaogelo Chauke and Andy Cannon replace George Evans and JJ McKiernan,

Just over 15 minutes to go.

    Burton 0-0 West Ham

Good effort by Callum Wilson as he darts into the area to chase a pass before letting fly with a first-time strike that Bradley Collins pushes over.

    Burton 0-0 West Ham

West Ham win their eighth corner of the game and this one causes a bit of a scare.

Adama Traore appeals for handball after his shot is blocked, nothing is given and there's no VAR, before Callum Wilson also has a couple of efforts blocked before the ball is eventually scrambled away.

Burton fans have been loud throughout this tie. They are really enjoying themselves even if the entertainment on the pitch is lacking a bit.

Very impressed with Burton. Showing defensive maturity without being completely swamped.

    Burton 0-0 West Ham

West Ham have a corner which Ollie Scarles takes. It is a deep one and Callum Wilson attempts the overhead kick at the back post but it deflects behind for another corner, which comes to nothing.

It doesn't matter how big Adama Traore is. If you're not good enough, you're not good enough. West ham have done absolutely nothing.

It feels like a cup tie all of a sudden.

  14. CLOSE!published at 13:34 GMT

    Burton 0-0 West Ham

Oof, decent chance at last for West Ham as Konstantinos Mavropanos attacks the delivery from the corner and gets good power behind his header but it is straight at Bradley Collins.

Again it was Magassa with a no look pass to slip it into Traore, which Burton weren't expecting. He is starting to dictate the game and West Ham are starting to dominate.

That's better from West Ham as Adama Traore gets away from Toby Sibbick on the right and sends a low ball across the face of goal. Callum Wilson is lurking but Kyran Lofthouse knocks the ball behind just in time.

Nuno said he'd respect the FA Cup and the opposition, but that was awful from a West Ham perspective. Get some proper players on who actually recognise each other, stop messing about and prove that you want to win.

It's good sustained pressure from West Ham, and there is more intent.

    Burton 0-0 West Ham

West Ham continue to dominate possession so in that sense they are better than they were in the first half but they are still largely toothless.

Callum Wilson, for a second, looks to have a shooting chance but he is covered well by Udoka Godwin-Malife as he shepherds the ball out of play.

Fringe players used to work their socks off when they got the chance to impress the manager or put themselves in the shop window. The West Ham players look like they have been insulted having to play against 'lowly' Burton, no work-rate - what a disgrace to football.
