Everyone has the confidence to do things, whether that is playing out from the back or turning on the ball in midfield and setting up an attack.

"Everyone is fit and wanting to contribute, People are just happy playing football and that is when I think you get the best results."

On which position is her best, nine or ten: "I don't care where I play, I will play anywhere on the pitch. It is different, in the ten it is more about getting the ball at my feet, turning and trying to slip players in, and being on the edge of the box for finishes. In the nine it's about stretching the line but also getting the ball to feet and holding it up. I like them both for different reasons, but it's wherever I can score the most goals."

On facing Chelsea in the quarter-finals: "So exciting and a team we are so familiar with. When you play Champions League football and get closer towards the final you come up against really tough teams. To play Chelsea, an English team, probably something that we are not so used to in the quarter-finals, will be amazing. Two top teams coming up against each other for a place in the semi-final. It's unreal."

On Arsenal and Chelsea going head to head in the quarter-finals:

The thing is no matter which team is in form, whenever that game is played that goes out of the window. You never know who is going to win. It is literally about who turns up on the day and who wants it that little bit more.

We have seen it over the years that when Chelsea have dominated the WSL, they have never dominated Arsenal in those games, they have always been competitive, sometimes controversial and you never know which way it's going to go. It will be difficult to pick a winner.

Arsenal forward Alessia Russo speaking to Disney+: "We are playing well, we are playing good football, and that breeds confidence in everyone. We are winning as well, we are grinding out results in different ways and everyone is contributing in different ways, so I think the feeling around the whole team in general is really positive."

On her own recent good form: "We work on different things all the time but I have been trying to work on staying central for as long as possible. When I was younger in the nine or ten I was drifting wider, but now I want to be in the box and scoring as many goals as I can.

"I'm also working on varying my game, I like the ball to feet and holding the ball up, but also trying to make a few more runs in behind to stretch the back line."

More from Arsenal winger Caitlin Foord speaking to Disney+ about facing Chelsea in the quarter-finals: "It's a team we are very familiar with and it is always a tough game against them, but the Champions League is different football isn't it? So we are looking forward to it."

On hitting form after the winter break: "I think when you get to Christmas you are ready for a break and it is nice to refresh. For me personally I like to go home and get some sun and come back with a lot of energy.

"For everyone it's just that time where you just need to switch off and enjoy yourself away from football a little bit and [get] ready for the rest of the season."

Arsenal winger Caitlin Foord speaking to Disney+: "Job done. It wasn't pretty but we got it done, so [we're] into the quarters. It was the mentality we had to get right. Less [Russo] put one in and they came back so we made it a bit difficult for ourselves. We finished it off in the end and we're looking forward to the quarters now."

On her recent run of games: "It's good. A bit of consistency helps. You build confidence on the ball with more touches and you build relationships out there as well, so I'm feeling good."

On the confidence in the group: "We've come off the back of some really good wins, Chelsea and Man City, that builds confidence as well. Every game we build a little bit more and we just want to come good at the right time of the season."

Really professional from Arsenal. We mentioned the conditions, the weather has been miserable all evening, the rain hasn't stopped, it's absolutely freezing out here. The girls went about it in the right way.

At times they were a little bit sloppy but throughout the 90 minutes they completely controlled the game.

As we expected, Arsenal advance into the quarter-finals of the Champions League.

The hard work was done in Belgium with a 4-0 success and a 3-1 win in the rain tonight seals a 7-1 victory on aggregate.

It is Arsenal v Chelsea in the quarter-finals. Tasty.

Russo does so well. Defenders get drawn s tight to her, Veefkind dives straight in, and on the turn Russo puts it into the bottom corner. It's a brilliant finish, especially with her being off balance as well.

Saar Janssen shoots well over from 25 yards out for OH Leuven.

The Belgians may have been fearing this match having lost 4-0 at home, but they have battled and performed well and will take a lot from a spirited effort.

Emily Fox thinks she has won a corner for Arsenal, but not to be.

The conditions are not ideal. It has not let up at all tonight with the wind and the rain. It is one of those ones where you have been sloppy at times but you potentially give the benefit of the doubt to the players. Professional performance, job done, it was always about getting the tie over the line.

The last change for Arsenal sees Katie McCabe come off for Taylor Hinds.

Arsenal had an overload at the back post there, three versus two. Maybe just needed a little bit of communication there from Russo in behind, she felt she might have been in a better position.

Frida Maanum can't control a header and puts it over the bar, when she may have been better leaving it for Alessia Russo, who was just behind her and in a decent position.

Caitlin Foord has been a real handful down the Arsenal left all night and she cuts in on to her right foot and floats a ball to the back post, but it is just over the head of the waiting Alessia Russo.

Two more changes from the Gunners with Laia Codina and Lotte Wubben-Moy replaced by Steph Catley and Leah Williamson, again highlighting the strength in depth in the Arsenal squad.

And, if Manchester United finish off the job against Atletico tomorrow, they'll face German giants Bayern Munich.

Real Madrid beat Paris FC 5-2 on aggregate and will face a tasty El Clasico against Barcelona.

Arsenal have been a different side this half and once more Lowiese Seynhaeve does well to make a vital save to deny Alessia Russo again.
