Birmingham City have signed striker August Priske from Swedish top-flight club Djurgardens for an undisclosed fee.

The 21-year-old is Birmingham's fourth signing during this month's transfer window and has agreed a five-and-a-half-year contract at St Andrew's.

Born in Denmark, Priske spent his formative years with FC Midtjylland and FC Copenhagen and also had a spell playing in the Netherlands.

He joined Djurgardens in August 2024 and scored 18 goals in 27 games in the 2025 season - the most in the top division.

The forward also helped them reach the semi-finals of the Europa Conference League last season, where they were beaten by eventual winners Chelsea.

Priske follows winger Ibrahim Osman, midfielder Jhon Solis and defender Kai Wagner in signing for Blues this month.
